Worship

Faith beats at the heart of St. Michael’s, and faith’s pulse is felt in worship. Sights and sounds, words and sacraments, draw heaven and earth closer together, and draw us closer together too. Everything we do finds its motive and meaning in this dynamic two-way relationship. Our liturgies are lively and life-giving, reverently prepared and cordially shared. At times we fall silent together and kneel, at times we recite or chant in unison or in harmony, at times we break out into song or savor the sounds of children, and at times we even break out in laughter. All of life is offered around St. Michael’s altar, in certain hope that God will offer it back to us, recharged for new living.
