Advent Vespers: Candlelit Contemplative Prayer
Wed., Dec. 6 & 20, at 7:00 PM
In Advent, our Wednesday evening prayer service takes on seasonal vesture as we interweave the Great O Antiphons with poignant scripture foretelling Christ’s coming, simple plainchant, healing prayers, and Holy Communion. If you have questions about these services, contact Jason Anderson.

Giving Tree for The Garage: A Teen Café
Make your donation by Dec. 11
St. Michael’s will stuff 50 stockings/gift bags with goofy toys, stuffed animals, stress-relief squishies, hats, gloves/mittens, journals, art supplies, and more. This year, we’re asking you to choose a numbered gift tag from the Giving Tree in the narthex. Tags have amounts ranging from $10 to $75. Find a tag with an amount that best fits your giving desire, write your name and phone number next to the tag number on the Giving Tree sheet, then make your donation no later than Mon., Dec. 11. Give online on our website or PayPal or by placing your donation in the offering plate. We will be stuffing stockings on Tue., Dec. 12 at 11 AM; let Julie know if you’d like to come and help.

Greening of the Church
Sat., Dec. 16, 9:30 AM – Noon
Join with fellow parishioners as we make arrangements of greens, hang wreaths on doors, and make two large swags. Bring clippers, work gloves, and greens from your yard—holly with berries, variegated holly, spruce, cedar, and juniper are needed. Continental breakfast and coffee and tea provided. Contact Jason Anderson for information or to volunteer.
